A key strength and point of difference of our coaching service is the way we incorporate our unique, computer-simulated, Perfect Form© video models into our live coaching sessions. Our video models are anatomically and biomechanically perfect animated visual representations of what we believe to be the simplest, most comfortable, and most efficient shooting form. Basketball Shot Coach™ have developed Perfect Form© videos for free-throw shooting, short-range, mid-range and long-range jump shooting. During our live on-court sessions we conduct a side-by-side analysis to compare your form to Perfect Form© and produce detailed instructional videos. Instructional videos include expert instructional voiceover and prescription of appropriate exercises/drills/coaching cues to help fast track your shooting form development. We then work with you on-court providing expert demonstration and instruction incorporating a range of innovative coaching cues, exercises, drills and training aids to help you understand and facilitate the changes required to improve your shot mechanics and master the PERFECT FORM for you. After your session we email you private links to your video lessons permitting you to view and study them from any device, anytime. Links may also be shared with your coaches to ensure a consistent approach to your shooting development and avoid conflicting information. To access Basketball Shot Coach's Live Coaching, you must read and agree to the following:

2. Informed Consent and Waiver
I, .............................. hereby consent to participate in a physical training program designed to develop basketball performance, including drills and exercises as prescribed and instructed by Basketball Shot Coach. I acknowledge that I have been informed and understand that physical exercise has been associated with certain risks, including but not limited to musculoskeletal injury, spinal injuries, abnormal blood pressure responses, and, in rare instances, heart attack or death, and acknowledge that Basketball Shot Coach will make every reasonable effort to minimise these risks.
I have read, understood, and completed the Basketball Shot Coach - Pre Activity Readiness Questionnaire and have informed Basketball Shot Coach of any previous or existing injuries, illnesses or medical conditions which may be relevant to my safely undertaking a physical training program of this nature.
I understand that any information provided will be treated as privileged and confidential and will not be released or revealed to any other person without my expressed written consent.
I acknowledge that under some circumstances Basketball Shot Coach may recommend that I obtain a doctor’s approval prior to undertaking a physical conditioning training program and agree to comply.
I have read and understand the foregoing consent to participation in said program. I am aware that I may discontinue participation in the program at any time that I see fit to do so. If at any time I have questions or concerns about the content or execution of the training program, I will discuss these questions with my Basketball Shot Coach trainer immediately.
In addition, I agree to the following: a) assume all risk of injury and all risk of damage to or loss of property arising out of my participation in this program; b) release, discharge, and waive any and all responsibility of Basketball Shot Coach from and against any liability of injury, including death, and for damage to or loss of property which may be suffered by the undersigned arising out of, or in any way connected with the participation in this program; and c) indemnify and hold harmless Basketball Shot Coach, its officers, agents and employees from and against all liability, claims, demands, actions, loss, and damage arising out of my participation in the said training program.

3. Payment Terms
Payments for coaching services are to be made prior to the day the service is provided.
4. Cancellation Policy
We require that if a client cannot attend a booked session they please provide 48 hours notice. Failure to provide 48 hours notice may incur a 50% cancelation fee.
5. Additional Charges (If we come to you)
We are able to travel to deliver our coaching services, however (not unlike consultants in other industries) additional charges for travel or accommodation related expenses, travel time allowance and also court hire fees may apply if coaching is required to be conducted in remote venues. A quotation can be prepared for these additional expenses upon request!
